First Visit Consultation

What can I expect?

You will be met by the qualified Consultant Trichologist who will carry out a comprehensive preliminary assessment to determine an appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs. Please be aware that the cost of this initial assessment is free, however:

It is extremely important that all health and medical history information provided during your initial assessment is correct and true throughout, at the time of consultation.  Hair Health & Vitality Clinic Ltd treats all information received with the utmost confidentiality.

  • if during your assessment a full personal 'treatment' plan is prescribed for you and you decide not to start the programme, then a 'non-treatment fee' of £150 will be charged to you.
  • Similarly: if during your assessment a 'nutritional' plan is prescribed for you and you decide not to start the programme, then a 'non-treatment fee' of £90 will be charged to you.
